7	Name : jaswant singh yadav Mobile : 7380776657 Complains Code : 221440	अधूरा कार्य / योजना	District : Mahoba Block : Kabrai (mahoba) Panchayat : Pach Pahra Village : Pach Pahra Habitation : Pach	सेवामें, श्रीमान जिला अधिकारी महोदय / मुख्य विकास अधिकारी / अधिशासी अभियंता, जल जीवन मिशन विषयः जल जीवन मिशन के अंतर्गत सड़क खोदने के बाद मरम्मत न किए जाने के संबंध में 1 वर्ष से नलो मे पानी नही आने के लिए शिकायत। महोदय, सविनय निवेदन है कि हमारे गांव पचपहरा विकासखंड कबरई जिला महोबा मे जल जीवन मिशन के अंतर्गत पाइपलाइन बिछाने के लिए सड़क खोदी गई थी। कार्य पूर्ण होने के बाद सड़क की सही तरीके से मरम्मत नहीं की गई है। वर्तमान में सड़क जगह-जगह से उबड़-खाबड़, धंसी हुई तथा टूटी हुई है। बरसात के समय सड़क पर पानी भर जाता है, जिससे कीचड़ और गड्ढे बन जाते हैं। इससे पैदल चलने वाले लोगों, स्कूली बच्चों, बुजुर्गों तथा दोपहिया और चारपहिया वाहन चालकों को काफी परेशानी होती है। दुर्घटना होने का भी लगातार खतरा बना रहता है। कई स्थानों पर सड़क की स्थिति इतनी खराब है कि आवागमन कठिन हो गया है। निर्माण कार्य करने वाली एजेंसी द्वारा सड़क को पूर्व स्थिति में लाने की जिम्मेदारी का सही ढंग से पालन नहीं किया गया है, जिससे आम जनता को रोज़ाना असुविधा का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। यह सार्वजनिक धन की गुणवत्ता और कार्य निष्पादन पर भी प्रश्नचिह्न लगाता है। नलों में सिर्फ एक महीने ही पानी आया इसके बाद कोई पानी नहीं आया साथ ही एक वर्ष से अधिक हो गया है रोड खुला हुए हैं और पानी का कोई नाम और निशान नहीं है अतः आपसे विनम्र अन	Agency: Pending JE: Pending AE: Pending EE: Pending	Complain Date : 06-10-2026 Closure Targe : 09-Oct-2026
